Brass Flare Male Connector – Forged Brass Fitting for Secure Flare-to-Thread Connections

The Brass Flare Male Connector is a precision-machined brass fitting designed to connect flared tubing to a female-threaded port in HVAC, gas, refrigeration, and fluid systems. Manufactured from high-grade forged brass (CW617N / C37700), it provides excellent corrosion resistance, pressure handling, and a leak-tight 45° metal-to-metal seal.

 Key Features:

  • Material: High-quality forged brass for strength, corrosion resistance, and durability

  • Design: Straight male-threaded end for connecting flared tubing to a port

  • Connection Type: 45° SAE flare x male thread (NPT/BSP/SAE/Metric options available)

  • Seal Type: Metal-to-metal flare seal — no gasket or sealant required

  • Working Pressure: Up to 800 PSI depending on size and application

  • Temperature Range: -65°F to 250°F (-53°C to 121°C)

  • Finish: Standard brass; optional nickel/chrome plating available

  • Applications: Ideal for HVAC, A/C systems, gas lines, fuel/oil transfer, and refrigeration
